ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING INFORMATION

You will know your order was properly placed when you receive an e-mail confirmation from Nap Nanny. This confirmation will include an Order Number and serves as your receipt. Please keep it for your records should you need proof of purchase in the future.

Online orders received by 5:00 PM (EST) are submitted that same business day for processing and are shipped within three to five business days depending on the ordering day.

SHIPPING TIME

We ship all of our web orders via UPS Ground Service. Once UPS has possession of your package, you will be notified via an email directly from them. This email notification will contain the tracking information for you package as well as an estimated delivery date.
